Key Changes for Martti Customers

Hello, Martti customers! If you have a current account with Martti/Cloudbreak, please review these important updates regarding our invoicing and billing processes as part of the recent divesture of Cloudbreak Health from UpHealth to become our own Cloudbreak Health, LLC independent private company.

Key Changes:

  • New Email Address: Starting on March 15th, 2024, the email address for invoicing and billing will be updated to Please use this new email address for future invoices or billing-related communications, as requested in System Updates below.
  • System Updates: We realize some accounting systems use optical character recognition (OCR) and whitelisted email addresses for processing received invoices. We request your assistance in updating your systems to reflect our new email addresses. If your organization whitelists email domains, please ensure the domain is whitelisted in your email systems. If we need to initiate changes your Vendor Portal, please let us know, and we will complete the process.
  • Tax ID and ACH Information: The current Tax ID and ACH information will remain the same.
  • Invoice Company Name: The invoice company name will be Cloudbreak Health, LLC; however, there will be no alterations to the current invoice structure.
  • Forwarding: Rest assured, existing email addresses and will automatically forward those emails to our new Accounts Receivable email
  • Mailing Address: Please note that there will be a change in the mailing address for paper checks. Our new address for receiving paper checks at our corporate offices is 6400 Huntley Road, Suite 101, Columbus, OH, 43229.
